Inovio RECOGNIZE Program

We recently established a recognition system for Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc. that is an on-going award program for their employees. Managers propose and nominate outstanding effort from personnel in both East and West Coast locations. Winners receive a steel gear sandblasted with the company name and year as a keepsake. Additionally, a $100 American Express Gift Card is enclosed in the package. Winners of the "COG" are eligible for the Employee of the Year Award, presented at year's end.
